SPF Protection in Cloud Hosting
The SPF protection option is available by default with each and every cloud hosting plan that we offer and you will be able to use it without difficulty so as to protect the emails for any domain hosted within your account. The service is controlled through the Emails section of our hi-tech, and easy to work with Hepsia Control Panel. What is needed to activate the protection is to type in the IP of the email server in addition to its hostname - mail.server.com, for instance. Once the protection is active, only this server will be able to send email messages from email addresses made under the domain that you've picked. Your emails can be handled by a different supplier, but when we take care of them along with your web site, you may also enable the option for e-mails to be sent only when the domain has our MX records. This solution provides you with greater security as only our server will be certified to send out e-mails from your mailboxes and you'll have superior control. When you have any questions or if you have any difficulties with this service, you can contact our technical support team at any time and they'll give you a hand immediately.
SPF Protection in Semi-dedicated Servers
The Hepsia web hosting Control Panel, which is included with all our semi-dedicated hosting plans, provides you with a very easy-to-use interface to enable the SPF security service for any domain name that you host inside your new account. A few clicks in the Emails section of Hepsia are enough for that then you'll only have to type in the hostname and the IP address of the mail server which will be allowed to send out messages from your email addresses. In case the e-mail messages are managed on our end and not by some other provider, you are able to increase the protection level even further and benefit from an option for the outgoing e-mails to be sent only if your domains include our MX records. This option gives you more control and it'll eliminate any possibility of anybody forging your email addresses with the intention of spamming or scamming people. It's not applicable when only your site is hosted on our hi-tech cloud hosting platform, while your email addresses are handled by some other provider. If you aren't sure what options to select, our technical support staff will help you 24/7.
